Local band: Bitmap graphics, file type .png - I choose this file type because it is usually used on the internet. I choose ".png" because its the newest graphics in bitmap format & quite basic.
Builder: Vector graphics, file type .svg - I choose file type because you can put flat colours and simple graphics into a logo in a compact vector form.
Nursery: Bitmap & Vector graphics, file type .PDF - I choose this because most Nursery Logo's have writing and a image yet the writing looks very detailed this would be good for a nursery.

M1 Unit 35.
- Graphics tablet. - Slower than paper drawing, Can be awkward to access menus and make selections, Larger designs (A4 for example) are expensive and Mouse feels cheap, tricky to get the hang of.
- Computer with graphics Intel. - Good but not great gaming machines (they are improving with some of their newer models, but still just ok compared to PCs),after all they do have Intel Duo core processors. Not as many software titles as PCs (Windows still reigns supreme in this area- but Mac compatible software is always growing with an increasing number of application titles)
- 2 Severs. - Might make the website load much slower.
- Video camera. - Expensive, and easily broken.
- Software...E.g ( Dreamweaver and Microsoft font page ect.) - To help create the layout's.
- The components integrated into a systems are not compatible (wrong components, wrong component versions)
- Antivirus software. - To help prevent loss of data. Price range: Usually free - Sometimes the software does not keep unwanted software from the components.
- Mobile phone. - So you can edit the site anywhere at anytime. Price range: £4 - £800. - Easily broken/lost.
- Databases. - Dynamic websites, depends of content of website. Price range: Usually free. - Could be faulty.
- Scanner. - Is a device that optically scans images, printed text, handwriting, or an object, and converts it into a digital image. Price range: £40 - £300. - Might not pick up certain colours or could get smashed easily.
- Printer. - A printer is a peripheral which produces a representation of an electronic document on physical media such as paper or transparency film. Price range: £40 - £200. - Sometimes printers jam, which can result in more money being spent and time wasting.
